This is my newest livejournal. You can find my last journal under the username erva_doce. However, I no longer update there.

I recently had a life changing event happen to me, and I decided one way to mark that change would be to create the second and new and improved version of erva_doce.

ABOUT ME:
I’m an extremely happy and talkative woman, and apparently have good people skills. However, that doesn’t make me a people person. I prefer being alone or just with my wife. (I talk her and my dog’s ear off.)

I’m 27 currently and wish I could live forever.

I live happily in Brazil and love both the nature scene as well as the big city scene. Both make me feel so energized and alive.

I follow "Spiritismo" or Spiritism.

I’m not a huge romantic but consider myself extremely thoughtful and sensitive.

I’m easily shaken and get worried too often.

I’m a very determined person who doesn’t let anything get in her way when her happiness is involved.

I love Friends, E.R., the L word, and the old 90210 series (and, yes, the occasional reality show).

I’m a vegetarian.

I speak English and Portuguese.

I’ve lost over 100lbs and now consider myself healthy. I like everything involved with health and diet which is why next year I plan on finally going back to school to study nutrition.

I love movies. SOME favorites off the top of my head are: Sylvia, The Royal Tenenbaums, The Wizard of Oz, the Rocky series, A Beautiful Mind, Zoolander….and many many more. I love all types.

I love books. Old, new…I love them all. I’m currently trying to find my love for old Brazilian literature. I’m finding it…difficult.

And like any other sane person, I love music. I mostly listen to music with what I consider to be good lyrics. That’s the most vital part for me.
